Description
A vintage Budweiser Clydesdale illuminated digital clock, dating to 1979. Manufactured by Anheuser-Busch, Inc., Brewers of Budweiser, St. Louis, MO, U.S.A. (Item No. 004-130-79). Constructed primarily of black plastic with a clear acrylic cover, it features a red and white background mimicking a Budweiser label, illuminated from within. A series of seven chrome-plated plastic Clydesdale horses and a wagon are prominently displayed across the front. An embedded red LED digital clock, currently showing “2:01,” is set into the base. Key text on the display includes “Budweiser KING OF BEERS,” “THE WORLD RENOWNED,” and a descriptive passage about the beer’s quality: “This is the famous Budweiser beer we know of no brand produced by any other brewer which costs so much to brew and age. Our exclusive Beechwood Aging produces a taste, a smoothness and a drinkability you will find in no other beer at any price.” Further branding, “Budweiser KING OF BEERS,” appears in gold on the reverse.
