Description
A vintage table model kerosene lamp featuring a squat, spherical reservoir constructed of silver-toned metal, likely nickel-plated brass or steel. The reservoir is supported by a stepped pedestal base detailed with a pierced border of diamond shapes and slots around the lower edge. The front of the reservoir is embossed in cursive script with the name "Magnet." The lamp is fitted with a perforated metal burner assembly, which retains a used wick. It is topped by an hourglass-shaped clear glass chimney and a wide, flared copper-toned metal shade.
Overall height is approximately 19 inches.
