Description
A single ceramic beer stein or tankard produced for the Coors Brewing Company as part of “THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN LEGEND SERIES.” The stein features a white glazed body and a heavy, multi-colored molded relief decoration depicting a dynamic Rocky Mountain scene, including river rapids and figures engaged in outdoor recreation. The upper register displays the “Original Coors” logo. The exterior body text reads “The Rocky Mountain Legend.” The base is stamped with manufacturer information: “THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN LEGEND SERIES, ” “MADE IN BRAZIL for CUI, INC., ” and “COORS BREWING COMPANY, GOLDEN, CO.” Date indicators “19” and “92” suggest a 1992 manufacture date. The base also features the hand-painted number “128849” and an affixed barcode sticker.
