Description
This lot consists of two clear glass vessels featuring hand-painted folk-art style decoration. The first item is a large molded glass carboy decorated with clusters of purple and blue grapes, green leaves, and vine tendrils. The base of the carboy is embossed with the text HEAT WARNING GLASS FRAGILE BOTTLE GALLON LIQUID and the numeral 5, surrounding a central stylized maker mark featuring the letter V. The second item is a standard wine-bottle shaped vessel with a cork stopper, similarly decorated with hand-painted grape clusters. The base of the smaller bottle features molded numerals including 6, 9, 3, 0, and 1. Both items are made of clear molded glass with surface-applied pigments.
