24 MARCH NATIONAL CHEESESTEAK DAY AUCTION
Lot 114:
Description
This set of yellow glass tableware is attributed to the Federal Glass Company and features the Patrician pattern, also known as Spoke. The collection includes one single-handled creamer and five footed sherbet bowls. The decorative motif consists of an ornate band of scrolling fleur-de-lis elements situated beneath a geometric zigzag border near the upper rim. These items were produced using mold-pressing techniques typical of the early 20th century, resulting in visible mold seam lines and occasional small air bubbles trapped within the glass. No maker marks, logos, or alphanumeric codes are present on the bases of the pieces.
