Description
A pair of US Roosevelt silver dimes comprising one 1946 issue and one 1963-D issue. These coins are composed of 90% silver and 10% copper. The obverse of each coin depicts a profile of President Franklin D. Roosevelt with the inscriptions LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST along with the date and designer initials JS. The reverse design features a central torch flanked by an olive branch and an oak branch with inscriptions for UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ONE DIME. The 1963 coin bears a D mint mark on the reverse for the Denver Mint, while the 1946 coin lacks a mint mark, signifying production at the Philadelphia Mint. Both coins are presented in individual clear plastic snap-tight capsules with white foam gaskets.
