Description
This collection consists of an assortment of vintage and modern SAE (Standard) combination and double open-end wrenches. The tools are constructed from forged steel and alloy steel with various finishes, including chrome plating and satin. Multiple manufacturers are represented within the lot, with several pieces bearing recognizable maker marks. Visible stamps include Thorsen, Bonney (marked USA), and a script mark for Lectrolite. Other wrenches are marked with Guaranteed for Life 79-10-9, Forged Alloy, Drop Forged, and Japan. The lot includes a wide range of fractional sizes. Notable large examples include a 1-1/4 inch wrench marked 1-FORGED-USA and a 1-1/8 inch wrench.
