Description
A pair of US Peace silver dollars struck at the Philadelphia Mint. The lot consists of one coin dated 1922 and one coin dated 1924. Both coins are composed of 90% silver and 10% copper. The obverse features the Liberty design and the reverse features the perched eagle design by Anthony de Francisci. Neither coin bears a mint mark, indicating Philadelphia mintage. The 1924 dollar exhibits uneven golden and grey toning across the surfaces.
