Description
A group of three vintage Hot Wheels die-cast toy cars, characteristic of 1970s manufacturing. Each vehicle is constructed with a metal body, an unpainted metal chassis, and black plastic wheels. The first is a gold-painted “Corvette Stingray” model from 1975, marked “HOT WHEELS®” and “© MATTEL, INC. 1975 HONG KONG U.S. AND FOREIGN PAT, ” featuring red, black, and white racing decals. The second is a silver-grey “Mongoose” dragster from 1971, marked “HOT WHEELS®” and “© MATTEL, INC. 1971 HONG KONG, ” displaying prominent red, yellow, and black racing stripes with a “Mongoose” logo. The third is an orange-painted “Corvette” from 1977, marked “HOT WHEELS®” and “© MATTEL INC. 1977 MALAYSIA, ” featuring blue racing stripes and “CORVETTE” text.
