Description
A Federal Glass Yorktown punch bowl set, crafted from clear pressed glass. The set features a consistent decorative pattern of raised, rounded "thumbprint" or "hobnail" style facets on the exterior surfaces, complemented by a radiating starburst design on the bases of all pieces. The lot includes one large punch bowl with a scalloped rim, one smaller matching bowl, and at least twenty-two individual handled punch cups. A collection of clear plastic ‘S’ hooks, intended for hanging the cups, is also included. No manufacturer’s marks or specific period indicators are visible on the glass.
Large punch bowl: 11.5 inches in diameter, 6.5 inches high.
Smaller matching bowl: 8 inches in diameter.
