Description
A 1943 United States Silver Winged Liberty (Mercury) Dime, composed of .900 pure silver. The coin is encased in a clear, sealed plastic holder, displaying its obverse with the legible text "LIBERTY, " "IN GOD WE TRUST, " and the "1943" date. It is accompanied by a printed "CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP FOR UNITED STATES OF AMERICA LEGAL TENDER, " which attributes the design to A. Weiman and lists a 1916-1945 mintage period. The certificate bears the handwritten signature "David R. Carrington" and appears to be in good, intact condition.
