Description
A large, heavy-walled glass carboy or demijohn, typically used for fermentation or liquid storage. The vessel is constructed of thick, molded glass exhibiting a slight greenish-aquamarine tint. The cylindrical body is strongly reinforced by a prominent exterior grid pattern of horizontal and vertical ribs, consistent with the style known as a Heavy Paneled Glass Carboy. The body leads up to a short, narrow neck with a flared lip. The base features complex, illegible molded designs pressed into the glass, indicative of the manufacturing process. A blue adhesive sticker marked with the black numerical text "32" is applied to the shoulder/neck area.
