Lot 29:
Description
A two-piece set consisting of a large utility knife or short machete and its fitted sheath, attributed to Condor Tool & Knife based on visual evidence and market consensus. The knife features a long, straight-backed steel blade with a blackened finish on the upper portion and a polished cutting edge. The blade is marked DUKU near the ricasso. The handle is constructed of dark wooden scales secured by circular brass pins. A decorative twisted brass wire band is present near the bolster. The handle is finished with a green paracord lanyard loop. The accompanying fitted sheath is made of black leather or heavy synthetic material, secured by stitching and metal rivets. The sheath is embossed with a stylized animal head logo, consistent with the Condor brand mark. Visible embossed text on the sheath strap reads EL SALVADOR, supporting the identification with Condor’s product lines.
