Description
A single, heavy, irregularly shaped cast iron plate identified by a handwritten label as a component from an “Empire Stove.” The item is constructed of thick cast iron and features raised structural ribs on one side, which retains extensive remnants of a flaking black finish. The opposing side displays a smoother, recessed pattern including two squared mounting bosses. The plate includes at least one mounting hole located in a corner, consistent with its function as a structural antique stove part.
