Description
A two-piece set of vintage student furniture dating to the 1920s or 1930s, constructed of stained hardwood. The set comprises a roll-top desk and an accompanying schoolhouse style chair. The desk features a tambour roll-top mechanism that conceals a fitted interior section containing pigeonhole compartments. Below the writing surface is a single drawer secured with a round wooden knob. A blue adhesive sticker labeled "20" is affixed to the side of the desk structure. The accompanying chair is of simple schoolhouse design, featuring two horizontal back slats and a solid wooden seat.
