Description
A vintage multi-game set identified through market consensus and original packaging as the Pavilion Solid Wood Family 9 Game Center. This set is designed to facilitate nine classic games including Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, Dominoes, Chinese Checkers, Poker Dice, Playing Cards, and Tic Tac Toe. The set includes three separate finished wooden game boards and a collection of components. The primary board features a checkered pattern suitable for Chess and Checkers on one side, and a Backgammon layout on the reverse. A second wooden board features a triangular pattern of drilled holes, likely intended for Chinese Checkers or Peg Solitaire. The third wooden board features a painted black dot grid. Components, stored in a plastic zipper bag, include wooden chess pieces, assorted dice (including Poker Dice), and various plastic and wooden markers and pegs. The set is housed in its original yellow cardboard box, which features printed illustrations of the nine included games and is marked with a blue adhesive sticker reading “34.”
