Description
A single rectangular serving tray attributed to the Lenox Butler’s Pantry line. The tray is constructed of silver-toned metal, likely pewter or a plated alloy, and features a reversible design. One side presents a highly polished surface, while the reverse side features a stippled or textured finish. The traditional style tray has a molded, slightly scalloped rim with foliate scrollwork applied to the corners. A prominent, symmetrical raised floral and foliate relief element is centered on the tray field on both sides. A circular impressed mark reading LENOX is clearly visible on the textured surface, accompanied by foliate designs and a copyright symbol.
