Description
A covered crystal candy dish manufactured by Shannon Crystal as part of the Designs of Ireland collection. This piece is crafted from 24% lead crystal and was produced in Poland. The body and lid feature etched frosted grape clusters and leafy vines set against clear glass. The lower portion of the bowl and the neck of the lid are decorated with a geometric diamond-cut cross-hatch pattern. The bowl features a scalloped rim and a radial starburst cut on the underside of the base. The lid is topped with a multifaceted diamond-cut finial. An original green and gold diamond-shaped foil label is present on the lid, reading Shannon Crystal, Designs of Ireland, 24% Lead Crystal, Made in Poland.
