This US 2019-S silver quarter dollar is part of the America the Beautiful Quarters series, commemorating San Antonio Missions National Historical Park. Struck at the San Francisco Mint in .999 fine silver, the coin features a proof finish. The obverse features the Washington profile design and includes the S mint mark. The reverse features the San Antonio Missions design type. The coin is encapsulated in an NGC grading slab with the First Releases label designation and certification number 4958371-133. This issue represents the first year the United States Mint transitioned from .900 silver to .999 fine silver for proof quarter sets.
