Description
1941 US Walking Liberty silver half dollar, KM# 142. Struck in 90 percent silver at the Philadelphia Mint, this coin features the Walking Liberty obverse and the eagle reverse. Obverse inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date 1941. Reverse inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, and HALF DOLLAR. No mint mark is present on either side. This is a common date within the series, with a mintage of over 24 million.
