Description
US 1885-O Morgan Silver Dollar. This coin is composed of 90% silver and 10% copper. The obverse features the Morgan design with the date 1885, thirteen stars, and the legend E • PLURIBUS • UNUM. The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle within a partial wreath, with the mint mark O for the New Orleans Mint positioned below the bow. Inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ONE DOLLAR, and the motto In God we trust in Gothic script.
