Description
This US $1 Silver Certificate is a Series 1935 D note. The obverse features a centered portrait of George Washington, flanked by the numeral 1. It displays a blue Treasury seal on the right side and blue serial numbers (W 68927398 F) at the upper right and lower left. The note bears the signatures of Georgia Neese Clark, Treasurer of the United States, and John W. Snyder, Secretary of the Treasury. The reverse design features the two circles of the Great Seal of the United States. The centering on the obverse is shifted slightly toward the left margin.
Approximately 6.14 x 2.61 inches.
