Description
This lot features two vintage printed items related to radio technology. The first item is a softcover book titled Understanding Amateur Radio, subtitle Principles, Construction, Operation, written by George Grammer and published by The American Radio Relay League (ARRL) of Newington, Connecticut. The front cover displays a price of $2.50 and a black and white photograph depicting electronic assembly. The second item is an original instruction manual for a Cobra 29 Solid State Citizens Band 2-Way Radio, manufactured by Dynascan Corporation of Chicago, Illinois. This stapled pamphlet features a photograph of the CB unit and microphone on the front cover. The back cover provides the manufacturer’s address, part number 480-140-9-001, and states the manual was printed in Japan.
