Description
A large hollow-cast ceramic figurine depicting a seated long-haired cat, stylized to represent a Persian breed. The piece is finished in a high-gloss mottled glaze with variegated tones of chocolate brown, tan, and cream, suggesting an airbrushed or sponged application technique. The form is heavily textured with deep, molded grooves to simulate thick, wavy fur. The face is detailed with hand-painted yellow eyes featuring black pupils, a dark brown nose, and thin black whisker lines. The underside of the piece is hollow with an unglazed ceramic base rim. There are no maker marks, signatures, labels, or country-of-origin stamps visible on the exterior or the base of the figurine.
