Description
A British Virgin Islands proof twenty dollar coin struck in sterling silver. The coin is housed in a black textured presentation folder. The inner right flap of the folder bears the maker’s mark THE FRANKLIN MINT printed vertically in white sans-serif capital letters. The reverse of the coin features a central stylized cross potent with fleur-de-lis terminals, surrounded by geometric patterns and a scrollwork border. A scallop shell motif is positioned at the nine o’clock mark. The legends around the perimeter read BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS and TWENTY DOLLARS in raised capital letters. The coin possesses a proof finish with frosted relief elements and mirrored fields.
