Description
1923 United States Peace silver dollar, Philadelphia Mint. Metal composition is .900 fine silver and .100 copper. The coin features the standard Peace dollar obverse and reverse design types. The surfaces display a saturated, uniform golden-yellow appearance consistent with aftermarket gold plating. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRVST, and the date 1923 on the obverse; the reverse bears the legends UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and PEACE. No mint mark is present.
