Description
A US Peace silver dollar, reverse side shown. The coin is struck in a composition of 90% silver and 10% copper, containing approximately 0.7734 troy ounces of silver. The reverse design features a bald eagle perched on a rock inscribed PEACE, holding an olive branch, with sun rays emanating from the lower right. Peripheral inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and E PLURIBUS UNUM. A Denver D mint mark is located on the reverse, positioned below the word ONE and to the left of the eagle’s tail feathers. The edge of the coin is reeded. The obverse is not pictured, preventing confirmation of the specific mintage year.
