Description
A 1992 Austrian Philharmonic gold bullion coin struck in 1/10 troy ounce of .9999 fine gold (24 karat). The obverse design features a detailed depiction of the Great Organ of the Musikverein Golden Hall in Vienna. Above the organ, the text REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH is struck in an arc. Beneath the organ, the coin is inscribed with 1/10 UNZE GOLD 999.9, the year 1992, and the face value 200 SCHILLING. The reverse depicts an arrangement of orchestral instruments, including a central cello, four violins, a harp, a bassoon, and a French horn, beneath the curved struck inscription WIENER PHILHARMONIKER. The coin is presented in a two-piece clear plastic protective capsule with a white foam border.
