Description
A right-angle gearmotor assembly featuring a black-finished metal housing and a hollow output shaft. The unit consists of a 1/6 HP electric motor coupled to a reduction gearbox. The motor housing includes vertical cooling vents through which copper windings are visible. An electrical harness with a white 6-pin plastic connector is pre-wired to the assembly. The unit bears two primary technical labels. A white adhesive label on the motor casing reads No. 71450044, TYPE 45B1, 208-230/220 V, 60/50 Hz, Cust P/N M150-302-0035, Class B, Shielded Ball Brg, 1700/1400 RPM, 1.5 A, 1/6 HP, 260 Watts, PH 1, 47 MFD/250 VAC, and M3614. This label also contains the UL recognized component mark and states Assembled In Mexico. A second white adhesive label on the gearbox section reads TAYLOR COMPANY ROCKTON, IL, SERIAL NO. 0366S-348, HP 1/6 18-18, TORQUE 120 IN LBS, AMPS 1.5/1.3-1.5, RATIO 45.1, VOLTS 208/208-230, RPM 32/38, HZ 60/60, WATTS 170, 150-302-0035, BISON GEAR and ENGR. CORP. ST. CHARLES, IL, and includes the date 09/16/14. Blue adhesive tape with handwritten numerals is present on the housing but is not a manufacturer marking.
