Description
This vintage White brand portable electric sewing machine features an iconic mid-century seafoam green and off-white two-tone color scheme. The machine head is mounted on a wooden base and is accompanied by a matching teal-painted metal foot pedal. The front of the machine features a printed red wordmark on a white rectangular plate that reads WHITE. A width adjustment window displaying a numerical scale of 43210 is located to the right of the brand name, controlled by a chrome-finished knob. A circular stitch regulator dial is positioned lower on the pillar. The unit is powered by an externally mounted motor, which is connected to the handwheel by a red serrated belt. An adhesive metal label on the motor housing reads in part 110 VOLTS AC/DC AMPS ELECTRIC SEWING MACHINE MOTOR. Included with the machine is an assortment of sewing notions, such as a flexible pink measuring tape. The portable carrying case is constructed with a teal-colored handle and trim surrounding off-white textured panels.
