Description
A Troy-Bilt corded electric walk-behind garden cultivator designed for soil preparation. The unit features a black and red plastic housing powered by a 120V, 6.5 Amp, 60 Hz electric motor. It is equipped with four sets of rotating steel tines with a working width of approximately 6 to 10 inches. The upper handle assembly includes a safety start button and a bail handle for engagement. A red, white, and blue adhesive label on the front housing reads TROY-BILT above Electric Cultivator / Ground-breaking power, Cultivateur electrique / Puissance inegalee pour retourner la terre, and Cultivador electrico / Fuerza de ruptura del terreno. The lower red plastic guard is also printed with the name TROY-BILT. A label on the handle assembly includes an extension cord gauge chart for 25 to 150 foot lengths and operating instructions in English and French for START / DEMARRAGE and STOP / ARRET. The rear of the motor housing bears a warning label with a UL Listed mark specifying the electrical requirements. The switch housing includes a reset button labeled OVERLOAD PROTECTION in English, French, and Spanish. A molded 3-prong male power plug is integrated into the handle frame.
