Description
This yellow thermoplastic structural fire helmet is a Bullard LT Series model, featuring a high-gloss finish with a prominent center ridge and a clear polycarbonate face shield. The interior includes a black impact liner, an adjustable suspension system, and a fabric neck protector. A clear adhesive label on the face shield contains a warning regarding primary eye protection and reads: “NFPA 1971, 2013 Edition. Model R330 EN14458:2004 CE 0299 Bullard + Type A Year of Manufacture: 2016 6024009427G (1115)”. Inside the crown, a large black and orange label identifies the piece as: “LT Series Fire Helmet MODEL: LT BASIC/ MOD ADJ. SIZES: 6 1/2… MATERIALS: THERMO ARAMID, NYLON, S/S” and states it “MEETS THE HELMET REQUIREMENTS OF NFPA 1971, 2013 EDITION.” Adjacent to this is a white adhesive label reading: “DATE OF MFG. 08/29/16 374818”. A separate white and orange instructional label features the Bullard logo, the company address in Cynthiana, KY, USA, and additional NFPA 1971-2013 compliance information. The fabric neck protector bears a white sewn-in tag reading: “Model R721 Bullard CE NFPA 1971 EN443:2008 Materials: Nomex, Flannel Cynthiana, KY, USA www.bullard.com 6024000680C (0310)”.
