Description
A fixed-blade hunting knife featuring a drop-point blade and a distinctive tri-color handle. The blade is constructed with a heavily textured finish on the flats, resembling dragon scales or large hammer marks, while the primary bevel and cutting edge are ground smooth. The handle is a full-tang design with scales composed of three distinct segments: a cream-colored top section, a red-stained wood or bone lower section, and a blue-dyed bolster area. The blue section of the handle features a circular brass inlay containing a five-pointed star. Six brass pins secure the handle scales to the tang. A brass mosaic-style pin or inlay is positioned in the blue section, though no maker’s name or letters are legible within it. There are no visible maker’s marks, country-of-origin stamps, or tang stamps on the metal. The knife is accompanied by a dark brown leather sheath with decorative scrollwork embossing and contrast stitching along the welt.
