Description
A 2015 US American Eagle one ounce silver proof coin. The coin is struck in .999 fine silver and features the Walking Liberty obverse design and a heraldic eagle reverse. The obverse includes the inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date 2015. It is presented in a clear protective plastic capsule held within a blue velvet-lined presentation case. The interior lid of the case features a white satin lining with a printed logo and the text UNITED STATES MINT. An original blue outer cardboard box is included, featuring a silver-colored printed logo and the text UNITED STATES MINT, AMERICAN EAGLE ONE OUNCE SILVER PROOF COIN, and a circular seal for the DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY 1789. The lot is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity featuring a silver-toned script S and text reading 2015 AMERICAN EAGLE ONE OUNCE SILVER PROOF COIN. The reverse of the certificate is signed by Richard A. Peterson, Deputy Director, United States Mint, and cites Public Law 99-61.
