Description
This 1996-W Roosevelt dime is a United States legal tender coin struck at the West Point Mint to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Roosevelt dime. The coin is composed of a cupro-nickel clad over a copper core. The obverse features the profile of Franklin D. Roosevelt with a visible W mint mark. The reverse depicts a torch, an olive branch, and an oak branch. The coin is housed in its original soft plastic mint packaging and is accompanied by a white cardstock Certificate of Authenticity. The certificate features a printed signature of Philip N. Diehl, Director, United States Mint.
