Description
A private mint silver bullion round manufactured by Sunshine Minting Inc. (SMI). The obverse design is modeled after the United States Walking Liberty motif, featuring Lady Liberty walking toward a rising sun with the inscriptions LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST. The manufacturer initials SMI are struck at the base of the design. The reverse features a heraldic eagle with a shield, surrounded by the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ONE TROY OZ . 999 FINE SILVER. This piece includes the SMI MintMark SI security feature, a central circular area containing micro-engraved repeating text.
