Description
This collection of US silver dimes includes three distinct design types: the Barber (Liberty Head), the Mercury (Winged Liberty Head), and the Roosevelt. The coins are struck in 90 percent silver and 10 percent copper. The group features specimens dated 1911, 1943, 1944, and 1964. No mint marks are observed, identifying these as Philadelphia Mint strikes. All coins feature reeded edges. Legends including LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are legible across the pieces. The 1911 reverse features an agricultural wreath, the Mercury reverses feature a fasces and olive branch, and the Roosevelt reverse features a torch flanked by an olive and oak branch.
