Description
This vintage child’s walker and stroller is produced by The La Porte Corporation of La Porte, Indiana, under the Pal brand name. The item is constructed from pressed steel with a salmon-colored paint finish. It features a perforated metal backrest and a front tray with a set of wooden play beads. A wooden handlebar is mounted to the front steering column. The chassis utilizes a spring-suspension frame and four wheels with rubber tires. A detachable metal push handle is connected to the rear for stroller conversion. The seat area contains a manufacturer decal depicting a baby on a tricycle with the brand name Pal Walker and the company location.
