Description
A two-piece pressed glass covered butter dish in deep ruby red. The item features the Cherry and Panel pattern, which consists of repeating embossed panels of cherry clusters with leaves, separated by large circular thumbprint bosses. The high-domed lid is topped with a faceted hexagonal finial. The matching underplate has a scalloped rim and a raised interior ring to secure the lid. The base of the underplate is decorated with a molded starburst pattern.
