Description
A silver proof twenty dollar denomination coin issued for the British Virgin Islands and produced by The Franklin Mint. The visible side features a frosted relief depiction of a classical teapot set within a decorative shield-shaped cartouche. The denomination is inscribed as TWENTY to the left and DOLLARS to the right of the central motif. The coin is a proof strike characterized by matte frosted devices and highly reflective mirror-like fields. It is housed in its original black textured presentation card, which bears the printed white serif inscription THE FRANKLIN MINT at the top and bottom edges. The coin remains protected within its original plastic sleeve. This piece was issued as part of the Treasures of the British Virgin Islands series.
