Ertl Kenworth Conoco Continental Oil Company Die-Cast Metal Coin Bank
Description
An American die-cast metal and plastic still bank modeled as a 1920s-era Kenworth delivery truck. The vehicle features a dark green chassis and fenders with a white cab and rear stake-side bed. The truck bed carries a load of three rows of green barrels. A coin slot is located in the top center of the middle row of barrels. The radiator grille features raised lettering reading KENWORTH. The side panels of the truck bed are finished in green with white lettering reading CONOCO and Continental Oil Company. The cab doors and the ends of the barrels are decorated with the Conoco triangle logo. The undercarriage is constructed of black plastic and features six green spoked wheels with textured tires. The underside of the chassis bears raised lettering that includes THE ERTL CO., DYERSVILLE, IOWA, and MADE IN U.S.A.
