Description
This vintage single-blade folding novelty pocket knife was manufactured for Taylor Cutlery as part of their Trucker’s Special line, representing a piece of 1970s to 1980s Americana cutlery memorabilia. The handle is constructed from cast gold-toned metal in the shape of a cab-over semi-truck with a box trailer. It features a single drop-point blade made of surgical steel. The tang is stamped with TAYLOR CUTLERY on one side and SURGICAL JAPAN on the reverse. This item is accompanied by its original illustrated cardboard box, which features a green truck graphic and text reading KEEP ON TRUCKIN’, TRUCKER’S SPECIAL, CUSTOM DESIGN, and SURGICAL STEEL TAYLOR CUTLERY.
