Description
This US Morgan Silver Dollar was struck in 1881 at the New Orleans Mint, identified by the O mint mark on the reverse above the denomination. The coin is composed of 90 percent silver and 10 percent copper. It features the Morgan obverse and Morgan reverse designs. This issue is part of the series produced under the requirements of the Bland-Allison Act of 1878.
