Description
A folding pocket knife manufactured by W.R. Case and Sons Cutlery Co. of Bradford, Pennsylvania. This item is a Doctor’s Knife pattern, designated by the 6185 SS pattern number. The handle is constructed of jigged bone dyed in an amber tone, featuring an inlaid nickel silver Case script shield, brass liners, and nickel silver bolsters. It is equipped with a single mirror-polished stainless steel spear point blade with a traditional nail nick. The obverse tang features the Case XX logo with a long-tail C and seven dots, indicating a manufacture date of 2023. The reverse tang is stamped USA 6185 SS.
