Description
An assortment of vintage fishing equipment and accessories housed in a molded plastic tackle box attributed to Plano, Model 8600. The box features a tan lid, grey-green base, and a six-tray cantilevered interior. Primary components include a Langley Fisherman’s De-Liar Model 228 spring scale and ruler, marked for San Diego, California. The collection contains a vintage Eagle Claw Hooks box manufactured by Wright and McGill Co. of Denver, Colorado, bearing a 1938 copyright. Also present is a small clear plastic hook box marked for Horrocks-Ibbotson. Modern additions include a Ready2Fish Catfish Fishing Kit in original blister packaging and Renegade brand painted ball heads. The collection includes various lures such as a green and white spinnerbait, metal spoons, and assorted jig heads, as well as a variety of plastic and composite bobbers, lead sinkers, and terminal tackle. Hand tools such as pliers, scissors, and small screwdrivers are also included. Several items bear original retail price tags from the TG&Y chain.
