Description
This is a large, machine-pressed green glass mixing bowl. The glass is infused with uranium, which causes the piece to exhibit a bright neon green fluorescence when exposed to ultraviolet light. In natural light, the glass is transparent with a consistent light green tint. The bowl features a tapered conical shape with flared sides terminating in a thick, rounded rim. It rests on a smooth, recessed circular foot with no visible pontil mark. There are no manufacturer marks, logos, or signatures present on the base or sides of the bowl.
The bowl measures approximately 9.5 inches in diameter at the rim.
