Description
This oval-shaped costume jewelry brooch features a floral motif in the style of a carved shell cameo. The design consists of a raised cream-colored relief depicting a bouquet with a central rose, smaller blossoms, and serrated leaves, all bound by a ribbon bow on the right side. This central scene is set against a matte salmon-orange ground and is enclosed by a molded border featuring cross-hatched decorative accents at the cardinal points. The brooch is constructed from molded resin or plastic layers, with side views showing the cream-colored decorative layer applied to the orange base. The reverse of the piece is fitted with a silver-tone metal pin assembly featuring a horizontal pin stem and a rollover safety clasp. A stamped mark on the back of the metal pin assembly includes a copyright symbol followed by the readable name AVON.
