Description
A Progress Lighting wall-mounted four-light bathroom vanity fixture constructed from polished chrome-finished metal. The fixture features a horizontal bar supporting four white frosted glass bell-shaped shades. The central circular wall mount plate contains several adhesive labels on the interior. A tan rectangular label reads Item No.: P3064-15, Vender Code: 117710, and Production Date 12/02/11. Additional white adhesive labels specify WALL MOUNT ONLY and DAMP LOCATIONS, alongside a label stating Made in China and E11679. A holographic circular sticker reads UL LISTED. The unit is designed for hardwired installation and contains four medium-base sockets.
