Description
This 1922-S Peace silver dollar was struck at the San Francisco Mint and is composed of 90% silver and 10% copper. The coin features the design types by Anthony de Francisci. Obverse inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRVST, and the date 1922. The AF designer’s monogram is present at the base of the neck. Reverse inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and PEACE. The S mint mark is located on the reverse near the eagle’s tail feathers. Catalog Reference: KM# 150.
